I have 01 unit of brand new fully furnished STUDIO APARTMENT, suitable for bachelors / newly married working couples. (total 3 units out of which 2 are occupied)
We provide 02 Cots (with beds + bed spreads + Pillows), 01 Bedside table, 02 Chairs, 01 Workdesk+01 Office Chair, 02 Wardrobes, 01 Pedestal Fan, 01 Shoe rack, 01 Kitchenette (with storage cabinets), 01 Bathroom (with hot water supply + Mirror + necessary bathroom fittings).
Curtains are provided for all three windows & mosquito mesh windows are installed. Abundant natural light and cross ventilation. LED lighting and neat false ceiling with night lamp.
Separate Electric & water meters for each unit provided for exact consumption reading for hassle free payment calculation at actual. Gas cylinder connection can be provided on request at extra cost.
Added features are CCTV for surveillance and UPS system for power backup. Washing machine provided for convenience of inmates. High speed Internet connection can be made available at actuals.
Vegetarian Home made Catering service (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) by a Brahmin lady available on payment. Optionally, Cook (Veg & Non-Veg) available on monthly payment basis. Domestic service for cleaning, sweeping & mopping available on payment. Purified drinking water can be arranged on payment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
