House Rules

- Smoking is not allowed within the home except for outside open spaces and the ash should be disposed in the bin.
- No shoes is allowed inside the home but home slippers may be provided to the guest with also toilet slippers
- Breakfast is usually severed after 10.30 AM up to 11.30 AM with tea or coffee in the dinning area.
- No breakfast is served on Sunday.
- Breakfast should be eaten in the dinning area and not allowed or served in the room.
- No eatables are allowed in the room and should be consumed in the dinning area.
- All plates, bowls, spoons, forks, kitchen knives, utensils etc are not allowed to be taken to the room
- The property should be maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times.
- We do not serve lunch or dinner usually
- Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment / property caused by themselves or their friends or any person whom they are responsible. Based on the damage the required amount have to be paid.
- We are not responsibile for the loss of any guest belongings or any properties. The guest have to take care of their belongings.
- Staying beyond checkout time will be charged for a full day exceeding their checkout time.
- Checkin is after 2 PM
- Checkout is after 12 PM
- All guest are requested to provide a valid photography proof of identity and proof of address documents as per government regulation in force.
- Visitors are not allowed to the rooms. Please feel free to use the living room on the ground floor or other common areas with prior information to us.
- We have had issues when people have come back from the beach bringing sand into the home. So please wash your legs and feet outside before entering our home.
- The room should be clean at the time of checkout. Any cleaning, stains or damage to furniture will be charged to guest.
- The kitchen can be used for light cooking like for tea or coffee or ready made foods like instant soups or noddles
- There will be a INR 500 clean charge per stay which will have to be paid upfront at the time of Check-in
- There will be a refundable damage deposit of INR per room which would be refunded at the time of checkout when the property is in order

Additional charge for monthly stay
The guest will be charged for the following
1. Washing clothes would be charged at 200 per load.
2. Linens would be changed only once a week.
3. Any additional linen changed would be charged at Rs 50 per linen
4. Soap and Shampoo would be provided once a week. Any additional requirement would be charged at actual cost
5. Lunch / Dinner @ 150 per person and Beverages if required will be charged. This should be intimated well in advance so that it could be arranged.
6. Additional Cleaning Charges of 500 once every 5 days
7. All room TVs have set up boxes and if you need to subscribe to any channel. We can do it for you. If there are any channel charges, it should be paid at actual
8. Iron Box and Board would be provide on request. If also needed you can arrange to have your clothes ironed at ironing center's that are close-by. Please contact us for any assistance
9. All air-conditioners, electrical equipment and lighting should be turn off when not in use. Any excess use of air conditioner would be charge beyond usual usage of 8 to 10 hours or even misuse of electricity
10. Please converse water
11. The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable Meals and other services are available at extra cost. 
12. Pets are not allowed inside the villa or the rooms but they can be kept in the portico
13. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance
14. Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
15. Prior to leaving the room, please check if you have closed the tap in the bathroom and switched of all electrical equipment and lighting in the room

Swimming Pool Rules
There is a usage charge of INR 500 per person per time for the swimming pool.
Every person should shower before usage of the pool to maintain hygiene.
No splashing of the pool with legs or hands as the cholrinated water damages the plants and grass around the pool.
Proper hygiene should be maintain for the usage of the pool at all times.
Children and infants should never be left unattended at all times.
No running. It's way too easy for kids and adults alike to slip and injure themselves.
No diving.
Supervise kids.
Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers.
No more than 5 swimmers at a time.
No animals in the pool.
No glass bottles
