1. *Breakfast Hours: Kindly enjoy your breakfast between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM. This allows us to provide a fresh and timely meal for our guests.
2. *Lunch Timings: Lunch is served from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these timings.
3. *Dinner Requests: To ensure a well-prepared dinner, please place your dinner requests by 6:00 PM. This allows our kitchen staff the necessary time to create a delightful dining experience.
4. *Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in the designated balcony areas of the premises. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment within the homestay.
5. *Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours after 11:00 PM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
6. *Visitor Policy: Guests are kindly requested to inform the management if they plan to have visitors during their stay.
7. *Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
8. *Waste Disposal: Kindly dispose of waste in the designated bins. Recycling efforts are appreciated, and bins are provided for separate disposal of recyclables.
9. *Property Care: Guests are expected to treat the property and its belongings with respect. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the guest.
10. *Wi-Fi Usage: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please use it responsibly and refrain from any activities that may violate terms of service or engage in illegal activities.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
