It is beautifully located in the suburbs of doon Valley on the way to Mussoorie, just next to a beautifull rivulet with aesthetic view and sea of verdure all around.

We live in this property and the ground floor is solely for family use.
Its a dedicated set of bedroom and living room on 1st floor that we offer for STA.

About the Area
Property has a two side open space with a nice view of lush green hills and much needed fresh breath away from the hustle bustle.
It’s on the way to Mussoorie with just 40 minutes drive.
House has 2 gates one for direct entry of cars in the basement and the other is the main gate.
There is a rivulet flowing just next to the house under a small bridge, the sound of that burbling rivulet makes the environment so peaceful and godly. I always feel so close to the nature when I’m here.
A quiet and snake like road is great for morning and evening strolls just outside the house.
The room and living room on offer for the stay is on 1st floor which have a big open terrace with an eye on beautiful green surroundings.
NOTE: NO KITCHEN IN THE SETUP!
P.S: burbling of rivulet and chirping of birds will be your natural alarm every morning!!

House Rules
Be assured that the full time caretaker is around all the time who is also a good family cook. We have a running kitchen where you can order tea, lunch, breakfast at a very nominal prices and amazing taste.
Beside this you always have the option for Swigy and Zomato.
The cafe and restaurants around the DIT university are also at walking distance.
Some other pointers:
—House is not available to be booked or used for few hours. Specially under age couples from local area are not allowed. You will be denied stay even if you have booked and made the payment.
—The plants at the compound should be treated with respect, and no messing with them please.
—Do not try to access areas of the house that you actually don’t need to.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
