We have two lovely cottages with attics, fully functional kitchen with basic amenities, nice bathroom with hot water. The cottages are constructed very tastefully, in our 7.5 acre fruit orchard where I the owner also live with my family in my house above the cottages. There is a majestic view of Nanda Devi and Trishul Peaks right from the cottages. We grow peach, apricot, plum, pear etc organically and the same is also available for guests when visiting in the fruiting season. The property is accessible from the main motorable road by an easy 300 metre walk on the almora-kathgodam walking trail.

About the Area
This area is the main fruiting zone of Uttarakhand with lush forests and wildlife. Many waterfalls, nature trails and old temples are in close vicinity to enjoy. Mukteshwar and Almora are nearby and most amenities are available. One can reach via Pantnagar airport which is 105kms, Kathgodam Railway Station - 77kms. By Road is accessible via private cab, own vehicle and shared cabs.

House Rules
1. All bookings will be confirmed after 50% advance deposit.
2. Any cancellations within 7 days of making the booking will be refunded. Post 7 days, no refund will be available.
3. Laundry Services not available even on chargeable basis. Guests have to manage their own laundry.
4. If any guest is allergic to any food item or if there is a specific diet restriction, please contact the host prior to booking, for ascertaining the possibility of arrangements.
5. Any meals if requested from the host will be on a paid basis. Please contact host for price details if you need your meals prepared.
6. Upto 3 guests per room/cottage price is as per listing. Any more guests will be charged extra at 500₹(INR)/ Person.
7. Host can speak only in Hindi language, so guests are advised regarding this. Translation apps and services may be used for communication, for guests who cannot speak Hindi language.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
