House Rules:
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
• Check-in time is at 01:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to adjust these times.
2. Smoking:
• Smoking is allowed outside in the balcony.
• Please use provided ashtrays and clean them before your check-out, placing them back in their designated area.
3. Quiet Hours:
• Please observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.
• Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down.
4. Guest Limit:
• The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 for each room.
• Inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.
5. Parties/Events:
• Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval.
• Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours.
6. Kitchen Use:
• Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself.
• Label any food items with your name and check the expiration dates.
7. Appliances/Utilities:
• Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
• Report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
8. Damages:
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Report any accidental damages immediately.
9. Security:
• Inform the live in house-help while leaving from home if you are coming back late at night
10. Garbage/Recycling:
• Dispose of trash in the provided bins.
11. Parking:
• Please park only in designated areas.
12. Amenities:
• Use provided towels and place them in the laundry bag after use.
13. Communication:
• Let us know immediately if you encounter any issues during your stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
