It is a located in a residential surrounding, with me and my family living at the property guest will have to share it with us. Both 1st and 2nd floor rooms are for guest with each having their own separate bathroom with hot water facility for cold day stays. Some rooms are equipped with AC but those are available upon separate payment. It is at a distance of 3 km from Guwahati International Airport and 12 km from Kamakhya Railway station. ISBT is at a distance of approximately 17 km. Though room service isn't available 24x7 but we try to accommodate as much as possible.

About the Area
Locality is known as Azara. It is primarily a residential zone, famous for fish available here during the local festival period which are caught from the Deepor Beel(Lake like wetland).

Guest needs to maintain silence after 10:00 pm

No illegal activities of any kind will be tolerated, and will be reported to concerned authorities if found immediately
Host reserves the right to deny rooms to guest in case of absence or lack of required documentation
Host also reserves the right to deny rooms in the event of any force majure incidents
Guests are responsible during their stay of the items present in the room which if broken or spoiled will have to appropriately compensate for it

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
