Here are some policies for guests at Bora's Homestay:
Check-in and Check-out Policy: Guests must check-in at the designated time and check-out at the designated time to avoid any inconvenience to other guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
Identification Policy: All guests are required to provide valid identification documents such as a passport or government-issued ID at check-in. The property reserves the right to refuse check-in to guests who fail to provide valid identification.
Smoking and Drug Policy: Smoking and the use of drugs are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all areas of the property. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave the premises and may be charged a cleaning fee.
Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms or property during their stay. Any damages will be assessed by the property staff, and guests will be charged for repairs or replacements as necessary.
Noise Policy: Guests must respect other guests' right to a peaceful stay and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours. The property reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they disturb other guests.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the rooms or any areas of the property, except for service animals accompanying guests with disabilities.
Visitor Policy: Guests are not allowed to bring visitors to the rooms or the property without prior permission from the property management.
Cleaning Policy: While guests are responsible for keeping their rooms tidy during their stay, we understand that cleaning may be a hassle. As such, we are happy to assist with cleaning upon request, subject to availability.
Payment Policy: Payment is required in full at the time of check-in. The property reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages or additional services provided during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Failure to cancel within the required time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
