You'll love my place because of the coziness, the people, 4200 sq. feet build up area, 2 big balconies, wifi, cameras and motion detector security enabled features, a garden, your own parking space, and last of it I will be there to host you. My place is close to restaurants and dining and a 10 minutes ride from Jaipur International/domestic airport and 15 mins away from Durgapura Railway Station. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
I am a retired History Lecturer and I stay on ground floor with my husband who is a Paediatrician(Child doctor) and son. I am staying in Jaipur for over 30 years now. I like to think of every guest as a family member and I will not only be host but a guide, a friend.
If you have any issues during your stay like need a cab to roam around Jaipur, need to know about places to go, eat and visit, I will be there to guide you.

About the Area
Our place is 10 minutes ride from Jaipur Airport and 15 mins ride from Durgapura Railway Station. Our house is in a peaceful residential area. We have groceries store and market on a 10 mins walk from our place.

House Rules
1.Please keep the house and kitchen clean. Treat this place as your own house.
2. Whenever you are not using electricity, please switch off the lights and AC. Save electricity.
3. Regarding kitchen, please don't make chicken or any other non-vegetarian item in it. If you are using utensils, please clean them right away(cleaning fee is to wash the bedsheets, pillow covers and entire house before and after the guest).
4. There might be random electricity cut by Government. We do have inverter which will provide light and fan.
5. place is not suitable for functions like mehnedi and sangeet.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
