House Rules
1. Check-in time: 12.00pm.
Check-out time: 11.00 am.
2. Please respect the neighborhood, behave decently and do not make any noise that can disrupt the well-being of our neighbors.
3. Please use the furniture and equipment supplied well.
4. Always put safety and hygiene first.
5. Ensure that all doors and windows are closed/locked when are not at the homestay. Do not leave any valuable assets in the homestay.
5. Avoid wasting Water and Electricity.
6. DO NOT nailing @ graffiti inside or outside the homestay.
7. Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
8. Dangerous Goods or Hazardous Materials prohibited by law are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the homestay.
9. Do not throw any objects (especially pad) into the toilet bowl to prevent it from clogging.
10. Report immediately any damage that occurs as soon as you begin to receive the key. Do not make any damage to equipment or carry-out items available in the homestay.

* The owner of the premises has the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
