Our home suite is available to only one couple/family of 2 adults and 1 kid, at a time. This is so as to ensure an authentic, private, safe and exclusive experience; thereby removing potentially nasty, noisy or inquisitive neighbours from the equation.
Our cottage is a simple home, and 'not a hotel'. SUNS Idyllic Cottage is for the wanderers whose souls ache for peace and solitude. It is for those who have lost themselves in the inflexibilities of daily life. Most importantly it is for those who wish to reclaim, reframe and reinvent themselves, amongst the aromatic, cool and pine scented breeze that forever surrounds the cottage. SUNS Cottage is for those who covet the reinvention and rejuvenation of their body, mind and soul.
The cottage is sanitized well before you enter. It is a studio cottage in which the ground floor area is exclusively for our guests with a bedroom (1 bed), a private bathroom, a private kitchen, and an outside sitting area with mountain and valley view, a patio and garden area.

- 32" Smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other OTTs)

- Geyser, Refrigerator, Induction cooker , electric kettle microwave and all kitchen utensils

Right next to tourist hot spots, our charming home is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy some peace and quiet in a beautiful natural setting. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, bed, dining table and bathroom.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. No smoking allowed inside.
2. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
3. No unregistered guests allowed
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Please respect the noise curfew. The period between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am is quiet time. Any complaint from neighbours, will lead to stringent action.
6. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
7. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
11. Please do your dishes. If you want to get the utensils and/ or the room cleaned during your stay, those services are available but are chargeable.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
