A.C. room has a balcony and attached bathroom with geyser. The kitchen has basic appliances and refrigerator. A wooden closet and set of drawers are there for your private use. Unlimited WI-fi. A simple functional kitchen with gas and regular pots and pans just enough to serve your purpose. The balcony provides the view looking over the lake which is captured in the photo I posted. Lots of trees around makes your stay peaceful
The Space:
This is South Kolkata. Just off the EM Bypass which runs along the Eastern side of the city of Kolkata. You can reach the heart of the city via Metro Railway within half an hour. There is local market; Metropolis shopping mall is very close to our house. There are a number of eateries and restaurants in the area with home delivery options. The shopping mall has a food-court too. There are some ATMs. Benu-bana-chhaya, an eco-park just behind our house is a great place to be. All the amenities are available, yet, the neighborhood is green, quiet and peaceful.
Baishnavghata Patuli Township is a newly made model town in Kolkata. It offers the best of all the urban facilities along with a touch of flora and fauna. The railway station for B.P Township is New Garia. It takes you to Central kolkata in 40 minutes. The underground in B.P Township is Kabi Subhash Station and it takes 30 minutes to reach Esplaned or Park Street
( central Kolkata ). The location is circled around with Eastern Metropolitan Bypass. It makes it even easier to travel from Airport and Sector-V.
Very serene and peaceful atmosphere to sit and relax, or enjoying your breakfast. Also has a dining room, kitchen and a drawing room. The roof offers a beautiful view of the yet-green city.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south eastern part of the city in a quite and safe suburb. We are 40 minutes away from the international airport . The underground station Kabi Subhash is just opposite our home and it takes 30 minutes to reach city center. Nearest Bus stop is Patuli Fire Station. We are just opposite of Peerless Hospital and very close to R,N Tagore. Metropolis mall is 5 minutes walk. The place is well connected by New Garia railway station and Kabi Subhash underground station.

Meals

House Rules
1. Bed linen will be changed once a week.
2.Please switch off all electric appliances when not in use.
3.You can use the kitchen but please wash all the dishes after use and ensure the gas is off.
4. Strictly no drugs, no alcohol
5.Ensure Electric Kettle is filled with water before you turn it on for tea.
6.House Keeping is everyday.
7.Guests are allowed with prior permission.

It was nice stay at Parkriti's Homestay.
Although we could not get the room we desired but the warm welcome by Prakriti compensated that. Prakriti was always there whenever there was any need.
The property is at quiet place away from chaos of kolkata.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
