A home away from you own home. Get relaxed at a quite, calm and peaceful place, with a home with all modern amenities. Accessible to nearby tourist places, yet enjoy the quiteness and tenderness of village life.
The 3 Bedroom house is located just next to a water lilly pond, with ample courtyard for car parking and leisure. Clear and pure drinking water from open well, palm and teak trees an the backyard, and pollution-free and quite surroundings are key to this place. All 3 bedrooms are neatly arranged with low flat cots and thick beds, neatly cared linens and sanitized wash rooms. There is a cozy living area and private drawing area just close to a clean dining area, which opens to a modern kitchen with all modern amenities and utensils. We are happy to cook for you some of the native food upon request.

About the Area
Our house is situated at Karikatoor, a quite village near Manimala which is about 30KMS from Kottayam District, Kerala.
Meals

Strictly for Family Only - unmarried couples are not allowed.
INR.1000 per person will be collected as security deposit, which will be refunded upon check out after reimbursement for any loses.
Rent must be paid for the entire stay in advance, and other charges upon checkout
All foreign nationals must submit a copy of their valid passports at the time of check in

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
