About Aryan Home Stay:
Aryan Home Stay is located in a village know as Loshgyani, Gaderuva mid way Ramgarh Talla and Nathuwakhan (approx 3.5 kms. ahead Ramgarh Talla and 3.5 kms before Nathuwakhan). The farm house was constructed during 1940 in a traditional ‘pahadi village house’ style. Since then some modifications have been carried out. The farm house has two spacious and well furnished rooms for guests stay. The farm house has a common toilet-bathroom.
Ambience:
This farm house is surrounded by hills and has more than 30,000 sq yards mountain farm which has many fruit trees like Plum, Apricot, Peach, Malta (blood orange), Pear, Pine trees, Flower plants and other trees thus making guests stay relaxing and peaceful amid the natural village atmosphere promising a nice breakaway from the dim and bustle of daily life. The guests will enjoy the comforts of a homely environment, meals prepared from freshly grown organic vegetables from the nearby fields. This is the best place for the nature and peace loving persons. Those who wish to relax themselves from their busy metro city lives must visit this beautiful place.
Little efforts expected to reach the farm house from main road:
The farm house is situated off the road in a traditional village location at some height from main road. Guests are expected to walk on a 4-5 ft. wide village path for about 6-8 minutes from main road to reach the farm house. Support is available for carrying the luggage etc. from main road to farm house.

Mr. Ramesh Chandra Arya & Mrs. Arya are the hosts in farm house. They both are nature & adventure loving persons. They enjoy hosting guests and treat the guests as their family members. They are looking forward to welcome you in the farm house.
How to Reach:
Loshgyani, Gaderuva village is well connected by motorable roads. The nearest railway station is Kathgodam which is 55.4 kms from village Gaderuva.
Guests can book a cab or opt for a shared vehicle from Haldwani/Kathgodam/Bhimtal/Bhowali/Nainital to reach at village Gaderuva which is 4 kms ahead of Ramgarh-Talla and before 3 kms from Nathuwakhan.
Small cab (alto & santro etc.) will charge about 1500-1800 from Kathgodam to Gaderuva depending upon season. Shared vehicle/bus will cost around 100-200 per person from Haldwani/Kathgodam/Bhimtal/Bhowali/Nainital to Gaderuva.
Parking:
Parking is available on the road for the guests having their own vehicles.

Complimentary light breakfast will be served to the guests.
All other meals will incur an additional cost to the guests.
Breakfast (complimentary): Time – 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Lunch & Dinner (chargeable): Time – 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM and 8:00 PM
to 9:30 PM
No non-veg items are cooked in the house therefore only veg food will be served to the guests.
However, guests are allowed to cook non-veg items outside the house for themselves. Hosts will provide the utensils and stove/gas.

50% of total booking amount is required be paid in advance and balance amount is to be paid at the time of check-in to farm house.
No cancellation/refund is allowed if the booking is confirmed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
