With the scenic beauty of the surrounding farmland, you can explore the farming lifestyle and observe the locals as they work on the fields.
Our homestay offers two exciting options to make your stay even more memorable. The first is Stay with Eriyadan, which includes a traditional Kerala home stay. You can take a dip in the natural ponds, which is the most thrilling part of your stay. You can also explore the orchards on foot or go on a Jeep trucking adventure.
The culinary experience is an essential part of the "Stay with Us" package. Our traditional Kerala breakfast is a perfect way to start your day, while our royal Sadya for lunch is a feast for your taste buds. We also offer Kerala, Arabic, and Chinese cuisine from different Ambiance hotels for dinner.
If you're looking for a more comprehensive experience, our "Travel with Us" package is perfect for you. In addition to the Stay with Us" package, you'll get a chance to explore the nearby cities of Nilambur and Ooty. You can experience the stunning landscapes and learn more about the local culture and traditions.

About the Area
3 KM away from Pandikkad is a small town located in the Malappuram district of Kerala, India.
It is situated about 35 kilometers east of the district headquarters city of Malappuram.
To get to Pandikkad, one can take the National Highway 66, which passes through Malappuram and connects to other major cities in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
