House Rules

Our home is Your’s , so please treat it with love and care as if it were your own. We kindly ask that you clean up and pick up after yourself.

CHECK IN:
At the time of check in, the original Photo ID Proof to be verified with copy handed over duly self-attested.

Cleanliness and Sanitisation of our Home :
We appeal and request you to kindly keep the door and windows closed when not in use and especially after 5.30 pm to prevent insects from coming inside, which will unnecessarily be a nuisance to you and other guests.

House Help
There is an extra charge of Rs 150/- per day for a House help as cleaning charges at a predetermined time and date while on your stay. She can assist you to maintain the neat and tidiness of our home while you stay happily in a clean and relaxed environment.

Electricity: Lights / Fans / AC
To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights & fans, A/Cs, and other appliances when they’re not in use or when you’re leaving the home.

No Smoking: Cigarettes / Cigars / Hookah

No Illicit Activities
We’re not judging, but if it’s against the law, we ask that you kindly refrain from doing it in our home.

Noise: Music / Parties / Unruly Behaviour
To be considerate to the neighbours, we request you to keep things on the quieter-side after 9pm. And definitely no raging all-nighters.

Occupancy
Since ours is meant to accomodate only two guests, please don’t invite any additional guest without our consent.

Pets
We do not allow pets in our home .

The WC/ Rest Rooms
A plumbing problem can put a damper on your stay. To prevent this, please don’t flush any sanitary napkins, wet-wipes, cotton-balls, etc. Kindly toss them in the bin instead.

Garbage
Kindly put all waste and garbage in the Bin located in the Kitchen.

Restroom/WC
The Restroom/ WC has switches for the exhaust , light and Geyser located outside at the entrance . Please remember to switch off the Geyser, and the others while exiting the Rest room.

Damages
We request you to refrain from any activity that might result in loss or damage to the property. You’re only human, and this might happen on that rare occasion. So if it does, you would be required to make good the loss by replacement or cash and please report it immediately.

On Your Way Out
We hope you’ve had a comfortable stay. But before we bid you ‘Bon Voyage’, we request that you kindly run through the following checklist:
• Please close all windows and doors.
• Make sure that all lights, fans, A/Cs and appliances are switched off.
• See that no taps are running and that the geysers in the bathrooms are switched off.
• Please keep the towels in the hamper.
• Kindly clean any used cutlery or utensils, and wipe them dry before storing them away in their respective places.
• Make sure that the stove is properly turned off.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
