I am a Travel Filmmaker and Bachelor's in Mass Media Graduate (24 years old). I stay alone in a 2BHK appartment. So I provide one bedroom to guests. You will be sharing this home only with me.
Its a good place for families, couples and solo travellers. Bus station, Train station and metro station are easily accessible from home and taxis, Rickshaw's are also easily available. Near from shopping malls, theatres, bars, restaurants, clubs, markets, etc.
You will get a key for home when you will arrive, so that you can go and come back at home anytime you want, no timing restricting.
I can help you out for all sort of information about mumbai like transport, places to see, things to do, tips, etc. and as a traveller myself i can also help you out planning your rest of the trip.
I am always in for a good conversation if you need some company :)

Appartment is located in a very prime location in Lokhandwala, Andheri West.
2 mins - walking from market, shops.
1 mins -walking from nearest Bus stop.
10 mins - by drive and 15 mins by walking from Versova Metro train station.
20 mins - by drive from Andheri west Local Train station.
25-30 mins. - by drive from Mumbai Domestic and International Airport.
Richshaw's (Tuk Tuk) are always available just outside the apartment and radio cabs like Uber, Ola are easily available 24/7.
Although the appartment is close from market but still outside area from apartment is very quiet and peaceful since its inside a society.
Food home delivery at home from restaurants are available till 5:30 am in the morning.
Lokhandwala, its a very safe area even late at night if you want to explore the neighbourhood at night.

House Rules
Please keep the house clean.
You are free to use kitchen but after eating keep with trash in the dustbin in kitchen balcony and put the plates in the sink. Maid comes everyday to clean the house and dishes.

Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
