Ours is a fully furnished, well maintained 3bhk in BANDRA WEST, near Arth restaurant (also the landmark). Our family uses 2 rooms and we have made 1 room available to guests.
The space
This room is decorated well and has an en-suite washroom, and toiletries and towels are provided. The room has AC and WIFI. There are plenty of charging points in the room for all your devices/gadgets. We also have a home gym, for those who are health conscious. A bicycle is available on hire.

Other things to note
→There is a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Filtered water is available. Mineral water is also available, at an additional charge.
→Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available, at an extra charge, if you so desire. We love food and would love to share our love of food with you. Indian, European you name it. Vegetarian and non-veg both. Food is what draws our friends and family to our home and table.
If you prefer, dining at a restaurant or ordering take out, Bandra is the haven of coffee places, bakeries, salad bars, restaurants and street food choices. You could order from Zomato or Swiggy, as well. We would be glad to heat or keep your food refrigerated, if required.

Located in the heart of the “Queen of the suburbs” You are :
1) 5.5 kms from the airport
2) 1.6kms from the local railway station
3) 5.2 kms to Juhu Chowpatty
4) 3.1 kms to the Western Express highway to North Mumbai
5) 3.2 kms to the Sealink to South Mumbai
6) A few minutes walking distance from Hill road and Link road for your shopping.
7) Daily necessities are just down the street
8) A few minutes from Starbucks for your caffeine fix, health and salad bars and a plethora of restaurants
9) In a quiet neighborhood - away from the traffic and noise but a few min walk away from the light and life of the city.
Guests from outside the city of Mumbai / India should know that Mumbai's attractions are split between two distinct sections: The Suburbs and Town. Attractions in the Suburbs are unique to its separate districts like Bandra / Andheri (Juhu) and have a hip character / unique vibe to them and have much to do and are accessible via the Western Express Highway, Link or SV road.
The second part is the colonial era South Mumbai (Bombay), with its old world charm, which people generally refer to as “Town”.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE: our apartment is in a spot that makes it accessible to the best of what Mumbai has to offer. You get the best of Bandra and the suburb's restaurants, bars and attractions available to you but Mumbai's equally great spots in the South are accessible via the Sealink.

Additional rules
•Mandatory requirement for ALL Indian guests to share a copy of their valid Govt ID with photo and address. It is Mandatory for ALL Foreign guests to share a copy of their passport and visa.
•Moderate consumption of alcohol & smoking in your room is permitted. In case of nuisance your booking will be liable to immediate termination.
•No visitors of guests allowed
•No children below the age of eight.
We have a cat, Chintu. He doesn’t like competition, so no other pets allowed on the property. He would love for you to be friends with him, but is ok if you don’t.
When sending an inquiry please input the right number of guests, purpose of visit, names of guest and ages.
→If you are 2 guests, please choose 2 guests correctly while making the booking, so we can keep the toiletries and towels ready in the room.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12:00 pm. – Strictly, or book an extra day please. We will offer you flexibility , whenever possible; You are free to keep your luggage at our place in case you have a flight/train to catch later in the day..
Daily housekeeping is provided.
Laundry, at extra charge, is possible.
Hairdryer, clothes drying rack, iron are all available, if required.
It’s a peaceful residential locality, hence no parties or loud music.
We can offer parking for a two wheeler or a hatchback.

The place is a labour of love we want you to consider hygiene, courtesy and privacy. We offer you these and hope you reciprocate the same.
Other things to note
COVID-19 related: The apartment and rooms will be deep cleaned prior to your arrival. There will be no housekeeping facilities available for the duration of your stay as we have restricted access to the apartment for your security and the society in general. For the same reason, no person other than the above pre-disclosed people that have registered their ID and / or number of people declared (on AIRBNB) is allowed in the premises at any time (no other guests allowed at any point or for any duration of time). The host with accompanying personnel for regular inspections (declared 12 hours prior from their visit) are the only people permitted on the premises other than registered Airbnb guests. By booking, you are certifying that you possess all the necessary medical certificates to prove you and your accompanying party are Covid-19 negative and only under this agreement are you permitted access to the property. Guests are liable to maintain their personal hygiene practices during the duration of their stay by carrying the necessary medical equipment i.e masks, sanitizers, gloves etc. Please note: the host is not liable for any diseases contracted during the duration of your stay. If found in violation of the above strict guidelines, your booking will be liable to immediate termination.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
