Welcome to Ebony room, a great option for business travelers or anyone who wants to experience the best of Mumbai.
Located at a short ride from the airport, Ebony room is located in a quiet, tree-lined street in upmarket Juhu area. A leisurely walk from the beach, many restaurants, shops, bars within walking distance make Ebony room a superb choice for someone who wants to experience the culture and vibe of Juhu.

About the Area
Ebony room is located on the ground level/floor of a charming old bungalow with direct access to the street. The neighbouring area is very upmarket and boasts of many celebrity residences nearby.
Owing to the proximity to the beach and ISKCON temple, our property is ideally located for visitors who wish to explore the area like a local.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an induction cooktop for light meals. We do not provide any meals. Feel free to use the kitchenette but please clean up after yourself.
Check-in is after 12 Noon.
Check-out is before 10 am.
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Guests must provide valid Identity documents and sign in the register while checking in. Foreigners shall have to fulfill FRRO formalities as per extant guidelines.
Pets are not allowed in the room.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. Visitors are not allowed to enter the premises.
Events, parties, commercial shooting, photography, gatherings, game nights, etc. are NOT allowed.
Guests must observe quiet hours between 9pm and 7am.
The room is designed for a maximum of 2 occupants. We will not entertain any requests for additional guests irrespective of the circumstances. Non-compliance with the policy will invite appropriate legal action.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
