Super comfortable and cozy rooms part of a big, beautiful house. Nested at a prime location with stunning view of the Naini Lake and entire town, away from the hustle of the town in a quite and peaceful neighbourhood with a huge garden and sitting area with continuous WiFi in the premises, ideal for travellers looking for a quiet retreat amidst nature - Alpine trees, himalayan flowers and endless trails right outside your window. Bask in the sun and read a book while sipping the pahadi chai here!!

About the Area
Our homestay is located 800 metres (20 minutes) uphill from the Mall road/Naini Lake/ Nainital Bus Stop.
There is a 300 metres steep uphill walk with a total of 70 steps from the main road/general car parking area to our house, as vehicles do not reach all the way to our homestay, which takes 10 minutes to cover on foot.

House Rules
1. For each guest after 2 persons, extra charge of ₹750 per person per night will be collected, if not cleared at the time of booking on the website
2. Since our homestay is located at a quiet neighborhood that sleeps early, we expect the guest to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our place and restrain from any activity that might disrupt the serenity of the place and it's surroundings, especially after dark.
We follow "Strict quiet time after 10 PM"
3. ***Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the homestay***
4. There is a steep 300 meter uphill walk through the neighborhood to the house from the general car parking area with a total of 70 stairs, which takes about 10 minutes to walk through. We expect the guests to be prepared of that, however, we can assist the guests through the walk and take care of the luggage as well.
5. Home cooked vegetarian meals are available separately on request only.
6. Housekeeping charges are collected on checkout as ₹100 for the entire stay, along with other dues.
7. All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID's at check-in, or send over their ID's before the check-in.
Note: PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID.
8. Smoking should not be done inside any of the rooms. We expect the guests to maintain the general hygiene of the place.
9. Arrangement of bonfire can be made for the guests IN WINTERS ONLY, on prior notice and will be charged at ₹200/=. Timings of bonfire are limited between 7:30 pm-9:30 pm and the bonfire will be shared with other guests at the homestay, if any present during your stay.
10. Place is suitable only for quiet and peace-loving people. Partying or playing loud music on the campus is not allowed.
11. Homemade vegetarian meals can be arranged on prior notice and are charged accordingly.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
