The Space
Large private rooms with attached bathroom. Very well appointed rooms, with all furnishings, including satellite TV.
Fully furnished American style bathrooms with each room. Each room is air conditioned.
Guests can expect a peaceful, safe and secure stay in the heart of South Delhi, walking distance from one of the most important retail markets of Delhi. Not far is Nehru Place (about 10 mins) which is also a major commercial hub.

3. The famous M Block market is a stones throw. Plenty of shopping, dining options and bars.
Getting around
The Metro station is close by as is the bus stop. Its easy to hail a cab or an auto rickshaw from right next door to the house.

House Rules
The House Rules:
- Smoking only on the terrace of the house. No smoking indoors please.
- Entertaining visitors who are not checked-in are not encouraged at any point of the day and NOT ALLOWED after 6pm.
- Photocopy of passport for overseas guests and a valid identity card for domestic guests will be needed to be submitted on arrival.
Polite behavior. Treat this as you would your own home. Located in a respectable neighborhood which is safe, we request our guests to respect the local community, the establishment and others.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
