We live in South Delhi, which is very central to most of the important landmarks of the capital city. We are not very far from the must see places of Delhi and many of the important market places.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, each with an ensuite washroom, a spacious living room and a large kitchen with dining area in the lobby.
All rooms are airy and have large glass pane and window for natural light. The living area opens to a huge banyan tree, right across our house so much so that, alternately, we could have also named our house as "The Banyan Tree House".
Our house has an open terrace, accessible to guests by stairs and elevator. My wife Madhu loves cooking so you can expect, from time to time, some tasty Indian meals.

About the Area
Our house is located in South Delhi, close to the main ring road network, near Bhikaji Cama Place. We are very central to most of the "must visit places" New Delhi.
Connaught Place is 11 kms, New Delhi Railway Station is 12 kms, Nizamuddin Railway Station is 7 kms, Domestic Airport is 12 kms and International Airport is 14 kms. Bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop.
The best part is that we are situated from where 3 different Metro lines operate and each of these lines are at a distance of appx. 1.8kms. The 3 lines are yellow, Pink & Magenta and the nearest metro stations are Green park, Bhikaji Cama Place and R K Puram respectively.
The area is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants as well some nice fashion boutiques and curios shops.
We are close to Hauz Khas Village and there are numerous huge, big & small parks for one to stroll or jog or just laze around.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
