Kick back and relax in this calm & stylish space. The guest room listed has a cozy upholstered bed with comfy bed linen and great views from the balcony of the Noida skyline and the Maharishi Ashram. There is a private bathroom attached with hot & cold running water.
Guests can access the common areas like the living room and the kitchen. There is a 9 month old golden retriever at the property too!
This shared apartment is on the 8th floor and is accessible by an 3 separate elevators.
The space
This is a two bedroom house with a common living area and kitchen shared by me the host. It has 3 balconies. I have listed the master bedroom with attached private balcony and bathroom for the guests. As I live at the property too, I make sure my guests are well taken care off and everything is in clean and good condition. The co-host does not live at the property.
Guest access
The guest can access the living room and the attached balconies. The kitchen is accessible to warm food & make tea and coffee.
Please note the following :
1. Cooking food with own groceries will be charged at INR 150 per day.
2.There is a washing machine to wash clothes if needed for an extra charge of INR 150 per load.
3. In summers, air conditioner over 12 hour usage will be charged at INR 250 per day. There is a up to 3 minute electricity back up in the society so no power cut is experienced.
4. WiFI with fiber internet is free of charge and details will be charged post check-in. Speed Up to 100mbps

About the Area
This apartment is located in a very peaceful and clean society. It has beautiful views from the balcony and no traffic noise. Swiggy for food and Ola/Uber for transport is available 24X7. There is free parking available inside the society right next to my tower. There are cafes and salons within the society and around it too. All and all a very comfortable place to live in.

2. Guests are preferred to be back by 2:00 am max
3. Please leave the bathroom drains clean of any hair
4. Any damage to the property will be charged on actuals.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
