Every guest we have hosted till now has always made a second time booking as soon as they left. We treat our guests as family. Unlike other places, we have fast check-in. Guests need not fill a form.

Our family has four members. My father is a retired government servant and has in depth knowledge of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. These days he writes articles relating to Andaman & Nicobar Island's history for the local newspaper. My mother is a housewife and loves to cook food. My sister is married and now has moved out of the family home. And lastly, about me. I am doing my master's degree in Science Communication.

About the Area
Our House is located in a residential area. Everyone in the neighbourhood knows each other and hence it is a very safe location for the first time or solo travellers. The property is in the heart of the city yet it is most suitable for a peaceful and calm vacation. All major tourist attractions are nearby within 30 min drives. It is also very close to the airport only 15 min drive. The area is fairly popular and can be reached just by asking directions from anyone. The view from the house terrace is breath taking with a Mountain on one side and sea view on the other two side.

House Rules
1.Guests are required to inform the hosts if they will stay out late in the evening ( say later than 23:00 Hr).
2.Smoking is allowed only in certain areas of the home, guests are requested to ask for the same upon arrival.
3.Guests cannot bring outsiders to the property at night without permission.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
