The space
You will have a river facing private cottage on the banks of an old mango tree.

it's for those who are up for a totally unique rustic scenic gateway..
not suitable for those who have walking limitations (like elders/small kids) as you may need to walk upto 750 metres to reach the destination during monsoon
Food can be provided at extra charge. Please note that we serve simple vegetarian food that the locals usually consume. It is not possible to provide options.

If you are a bird watcher, it's a treat for you. You can see a lot of birds like Cormorants, Common Kingfishers, Herons, Pond herons, Great pied Hornbills, Bulbuls, Fan tails, Sun birds, Flower peckers, Bee eaters, Brahmani kites and many more just outside your cottage..

The parking is available on the river bank/road side open space.
Please note that this is not a hotel or a resort. It is our family farm house situated in 2 acre land. My father bought the land 5 years back when it was nothing more than barren piece of soil and has planted over 400 trees. we wll request you to respect the nature

- Please respect the nature. No loud noise, no alcohol, no smoking.
- Check in is between 11 am to 6 pm
- Please note that food is available at extra charges. We provide simple vegetarian food, which is usually a locally prepared cuisine. The charges are Rs. 500 per person.
- Please note that there is kaccha road to approach the farm stay. During monsoon, it also entails walking for about 750 metres.
- If you wish to cook, there is a kitchen available in the upstairs house. You can use it after mutual discussion and agreeing the times. Please clean up after every use.
- Parking is available in the open spot near the river bank / near the paddy fields depending upon the river level.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
