About the Area

Our House is situated in the Center of the city,about 2.5 Kms from varanasi Railway station and just 1.5 Kms from Manduadih Railway Station, Airport is around 25 Kms from the House. The house is around 3 Kms from the famous Vishwanath temple , Dashasawmedh Ghat, Assi Ghat ,Manikanika Ghat , Ganges location, World Famous Banaras Hindu University(BHU), Sarnath,the place of Buddhists and all other Tourists Locations of the City. We provide pickup facility on payment from any where in the city with sight scene. The Varanasi City is said to be the oldest living city and very important for Hindu Religious and Mythology.

House Rules

1. Smoking not allowed indoors.
2. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
3. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
4. No pets allowed inside.
5. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
6. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
7. Please keep quiet after 10pm or prior permission if any thing planned.
8.The tariff is for the room only with light Break Fast and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable Meals and other services.These are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Duty Manager.
9. Guest Registration forms must be signed on arrivals.
10.Bills must be settled on presentation, personal cheques are not accepted.
11.In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as my be required.
12.Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned upon departure.
13.Check out time is ( 12 Noon) please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to provide the accommodation if available or shift the Resident Guest or Arriving Guest to another Hotel on payment basis or Vise Versa.
14.Luggage Storage: Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
15.Guest's Belongings: Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
16.Hazardous Goods: Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible for Legal implications.
17.Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
18.Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
19. Management's Rights: It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
20. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to take action.
21.Government rules and regulations and application of laws: Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and State Government/ Govt. of ndia rules and regulations in force from time to time.
22. Photographs and Video's: Using photographs and video's taken in the premises for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.A prior permission is required to do so.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
