Welcome to Indonesia the country with beautiful view, various culture and friendly people. Enjoy the Indonesia's experience with the local people in the house.
We live in an old brown house in residential houses which has 24 hour security guard for each block. You can immerse yourself into the Indonesian culture as you'll find local people around the house and you'll easily find street food at night & traditional market in the morning. Our place is good for the one who loves calmness and going for a morning run or walk.
Located in South Tangerang and connected to the high way direct from / to airport both local / international.
We live in the house with you. We speak English and Bahasa Indonesia. We would give you how to get around and some tips to do here. If my husband and I are not around, don't worry, my sister will or vice versa. We could share our experience and our own culture where we live in. If you want to learn cooking indonesian food, just let us know, we have the short class of it.
Mode of local transport : Taxi, Feeder Busway, Ojeg/Motorbike, and Commuter Line/Train.

Nearest Commuter Train Station are Rawa Buntu & Serpong (Rawa Buntu is 20 minutes drive, Serpong is 25 minutes drive)
Nearest Busway TransJakarta Melati Mas (15 minutes walk)
Taxi and Motorbike (Ojeg) are always available both on the street (with a little walk) or one phone call away to book/online booking.
Guest can access : 150 Mbps Wireless internet access 24 hour/7.
Guest can also access : Kitchen, Fridge, Iron, Twin tubs washing machines, Mineral Water. We'll show you how to use the gas stove and the twin tubs washing machines.
In Your Private Room, we provide : glasses, fan, closet/wardrobe, hangers, towel, table, night light, trash basket.
In Shared Bathroom, we provide : soap and shampoo.
Note : the bathroom has no bathtub, hot water and
shower. It's a typical local bathroom in Indonesia.
* Our neighbor in front of the house has been renovating their house at 8 am - 4 pm. You may feel uncomfortable.

About the Area
The house is located in suburb area in South Tangerang and connected to the high way direct from / to airport both local / international. (50 minutes drive).
* To find street food at night and minimarket, you need only 3 minute walk.
* Traditional market opens at 6-9 am, you need 5 minute walk.
* Public local transport (minibus/angkot), Supermarket and ATM can be reached by 15 minute walking to the main street.
* Rawa Buntu Rail Station is 20 minutes by 2 minibus/angkot from the main street.
* Central Jakarta is 45 minutes by commuter line from Rawa Buntu Rail Station.
* Bogor City is 3 hours by commmuter line from Rawa Rail Station.
* Soekarno Hatta Airport is 50 minutes by shuttle bus from WTC mall which takes 15 minute walk.
* Bandung City is 3 hours by shuttle bus from WTC mall as well / ITC BSD.
* There is a hyperlocal transport (Go Jek Motorcycle and Go Car Taxi) that you can order online right from the house. To use this service, you need to download the application first.
* To buy Batik fabric or batik clothes, you need to go to ITC BSD shopping center, it's 15 minute drive.
* Indonesia Convention Exhibition ICE BSD is 16 minute drive.
* IKEA Alam Sutera Store is 20 minute drive.
* TMII (Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park /Taman Mini Indonesia Indah) is 1 hour drive.

- No guests other than registered are permitting to enter the house.
- Copy of your passport/ID is required upon check in.
- Check in : anytime after 1 pm. Check out : 12 am (noon).
- Turn off the lamps and fan in your room when you leave.
- Not to bring pets.
- Wireless internet up to 150 Mbps available 24/7.
* We would give the house key to the guest who stays for min 7 days :
- Keep the house key securely, because it is not able to duplicate.
- Always locking the door and gate upon leaving the house.
* Every 3 days, you'll get :
- bed sheets + towel changed.
- private bedroom + shared bathroom cleaned.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
