There are some reasons to consider being a Host Family for Homestay.com. We know that the advantages of hosting an abroad people are limitless. Here are some of the reasons why my family open to an overseas people.
We consider that familiarization with another race, culture and ethnicity expand the minds. My family will learn how to be adaptive to intercultural interaction. My family is the native people in Java. We always want to spread our Javanese heritage abroad. The overseas people will follow our daily activities in their leisure time. Our family principal is learning about another person’s culture. So, we can open people’s eyes to real Indonesia (real people, experience and life).In the other side, we also can learn about other country's cultures without leaving home. As a result, living together with overseas is an education in itself.
Furthermore, learning another language as a host family can be a lot of fun whether giggling every the mispronunciation of words or sharing human’ excitement about newfound joys. Our family wants to improve other languages capability from native speaker directly. We also can compare other languages and Indonesia Language. In addition, we also are happy to get a new family because our previous customers stay remains long-term friends. Saying goodbye just only represent the next phase of lifelong relationship because it will endure across time and distance.Finally,
Being a host family is not a trivial thing because we have responsibilities to introduce our Indonesian cultures and make International student be a part of the power to change the world better

About the Area
Welcome to our Rajawali Homestay, which is situated little north of Yogyakarta, but far enough to escape city pollution and crowds.
The touristic centre of Yogyakarta, airport, train station, Prambanan, Imogiri Sultan Tombs, Parangtritis Beach are only half an hour drive away.
Borobudur is one and a half hour drive.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
