Welcome to my summerflat in Ramsar just by the Caspian Sea!
Ramar is one of the most Royal cities in Iran as much as you can notice this in architecture of some districts. For instance so called "Casino Boulevard" is magnificently designed to be an accurately straight line from the Old Palace of The Shah located on the Alborz foothills to the Casino located at the beach. Definitely worth a nice 2 kilometer evening walk just before the Sun hides behind the mountains and there are yet hours to the actual sunsets time!
The sunrise of course you can view from your balcony while having a cup of coffee or meditating...
Now to the technicallities:
All facilities are available and functional, kitchen equipment plus balconies toward the North and the South, well almost so don't test it with a compass
By walking distance you have cafés and supermarkets, restaurants and a coastal shopping center.
Now a bit about myself:
As you might have noticed so far I am easygoing and ambitious with a bit of sense of humor and a thirst for connecting with people from all over the globe. (Yes I said the Globe but whatever works for you if you are a flatearther I respect everybody's opinion)
I'll be here most of the times at home working on my little projects, I'm a traveller myself and have travelled many countries by bike and backpack.
I love poetry and languages, sci-fi and comedy would be my choice of movie genre.
Besides English I speak French, Spanish and Swedish... And of course Persian is my native language and I can use that to sing you Rumi or Hafiz in original.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
