I'm 37 Years Old and Live With My Wife and Sweet Daughter (5 Years Old) in an Apartment in Shiraz.
Our Apartment is Not Big But New (around 80 m²) and include Kitchen, Living room, Bathroom, Toilet, Terrace and two Bedrooms.
We Can Share All of That With Guests and One Of Bedrooms is Private For Them With Suitable Price.
Free WiFi.
Free Tea, Coffee and Water.
Free Light Breakfast.
(Usually Travelers as Tourists after wake up and eat breakfast (7~10) will go out for sight seeing (save time) and will back at evening or night (6~9), usually tired and hungry. so they have expect to eat dinner at home.)
so We Can Serve Dinner if You Like.
Guests Can Use Refrigerator, Washer (laundry), Microwave, Electric Kettle, Oven For Free.
Also a Small Car (City Car) and two Sedan Car (for out of city) Available For Rent With or Without Driver For Whom Have Or Have Not international Driving License.
I Just Can Accept Straight Guests, Without Problem.
Sorry if Pets or Smoke no Agree. Usually Travelers Have Not Pet in Travel and Smoking in Door is Not Agree But You Can do it On Terrace Every Time You Need.

Our Apartment is New and Located on West of Shiraz in a Quiet, Safe and NewTown With Fresh Weather. Our Distance to City Center is Around 10 km and by Taxi with Usual Traffic Around 20 minutes.
Bus Station is 150 meters near to Home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
