I live alone in a 3 bedrooms apartment (110 meters). One bedroom is mine and 2 bedrooms are yours :)
A great hall, full equipment kitchen, and all necessities are what an apartment needs and all of that is yours too ...
You can use both your booked room and the apartment's hall at the same time. It means you book a whole apartment but just by paying the price of one room. Isn't it awesome?
I'm a social person and work from home in my bedroom. There's nothing to worried about at all :)
I'm very skilled in cooking and this is a piece of good news for guests to have various meals from Persians ones to abroad :P

About the Area
My house is located in the north of Shiraz with fresh air, It has all facilities to get to downtown. Besides I can ride you downtown by my car. This area is a quiet place with all amenities you may need. The fresh air of "Derak mountain" is what waiting for you :)

Mohammad is such an awesome host! He's got this incredible warmth and friendliness that just makes you feel at home. So welcoming, easygoing, and just an all-around nice guy.
He shared insights about Shiraz and Iranian culture, showcasing his hospitality and knowledge. Also, a great chef who treats you with local food. Our visit to the Eram garden made for one of the most enjoyable and memorable days out here for me—Thank you, my friend :)

Thank you Mohammed for providing a nice stay in your home and your beautiful city! Mohammed was a perfect host. At first he provided me with a sim card and vpn to use the internet in Iran freely and a credit card to use shopping without any cash! He came after me at the airport and took me all over the city without any extra charge and that was very pleasant to me.

peacefull, good decorated and big house.He lives alone and it was a good advantage for me. Room is so good, very clean and decorated vintage and retro things with all amenities İ needed. Bath is very good. All house was so clean. Muhammed was unbelievable helpfull. It was my first visit to Shiraz and he came after me to terminal for my convenience. He took me to the most beautiful places of shiraz with his car for example Persepolis and Bazar-Vakil. He helped me for shopping. İ am not good at calculating money and he helped me. And he is so honest too. And most important thing is, he is a very good and genius guy. We talked hour by hour. He was not my host only but he was a good friend also, and will remain my good friend.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
