You are provided with a privet room and privet bath and toilet . Its a walk out room so you have your full privacy.
This house is located in the most luxurious location of tehran. So you will find many good restaurants, malls and cafe near by.
Also, the location of villa is the best to access in the city while you are away of noises and pollution.
No access to kitchen.however you are provided a brand new 21” Bosch refrigerator.

Our house is located in the north of tehran where you can access international exhibitions in less than 10min. German and Turkish embassies are 8 min walking distance.Drugstore, super market, cafe , restaurants dry clean and laundry are 3 min walking away.

House Rules
this is a safe area, however, the guests are responsible for their own belongs. I can help you to catch your destination with public transportation or use cap ( taxi is very cheap, starts from 1USD and rarely exceed 12USD) . you will be given 2 keys and i write you the exact address of the location in both English and Persian to make sure that you wont get lost . there is 20USD fine for each key if you lose them. you will be asked to show your ID/passport(s) on your arrival and the full payment is asked upon your arrival.

The best host I could have ever dreamed of. I spend with this guy near month and time with him was the best time in Teheran. Very comfortable flat with superb location. If you wanna go to Teheran choose him and you will not regret.

Alireza is a fantastic host. He was extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful information and tips about Tehran and Iran.
The house is conveniently located in a prime location in the North of Tehran with a few shops (there is a supermarket in front of the house) and very nice restaurants around. You can also get an Iranian SIM card from a hotel nearby. It is also very well connected by public transport (BRT Line 7 and bus terminal) and not far from the stunning mountains.
The room was super clean and cosy and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace with a nice view on the garden, enjoying the nice weather and discussing with our hosts. The house itself has a unique atmosphere.
I would recommend to all my friends and anyone to book this homestay. Definitely a highlight of our stay in Tehran!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
