We live in a comfortable 2 bedroom the private parking space is also available. My apartment has all mod cons ,tea maker , espresso maker and etc. Beside all these I should say that I have been teaching English for about 12 years ,and my wife also knows about English , we both know about Turkish so this can make your stay convenient as well as comfortable.
The apartment is located around “Jomhuriye Eslami” sq in about center of Tehran. The apartment is conveniently located just at 2 minute walk away from the “Towhid “ subway/metro station line “4 “ which has direct connection to Mehrabad International Airport and also just 5 minute walk away from “Shahid Navvab Safavi “ station in line”2 and 7” which directly goes to the heart of Tehran ( Grand Bazar and most old historical areas are located there). There are also some good cafes, restaurants, shopping facilities and public parks nearby.
We have a very clean, modern, cosy and new house that is just one year old (the construction was finished last year).
Our neighborhood is safe with great access to different parts of the city.

About the Area
Our apartment is located in central part of the city but much closer to the west.
Just a minute away from our apartment there is BRT bus lane 4 which takes you to the north of city in less than 30 minutes (in normal traffic) And BRT lane 1 in just 2 minutes away . There are also 2 metro/subway stations in 5 and 2 minutes away from our apartment that can take you to the west and east of the city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
