This is a cozy and comfortable 90 square meters apartment in north of Tehran. My sister and I live here together but she is often on business trips and I live alone at that time. Our apartment is located in the good climate region of Tehran. Our neighborhood is peaceful and calm. This apartment has one guest room with single bed, dining table and 2 big shared closets. Our place is so calm without any interruption and noises. our hobby is reading books, and fortunately we don't have TV or other equipment that could bother you, so you can feel calm.

About the Area
Our apartment is near some places that attract many tourists:
• Two most important palaces where every tourist hears about and should see them, (SA'AD ABAD palace and NIYAVARAN palace).
• TRADITIONAL BAZAR of TAJRISH. To the west of this bazaar Saleh's shrine is located which many pilgrims come to visit on daily basis.
Other interesting places that are in good accessibility in my place are:
• Tabiat Bridge (the largest pedestrian overpass Tehran, Iran. The 270-metre bridge connects two public parks)
• Tochal (one of a popular hiking trail, which towers over Tehran. A chairlift is also available for those not interested in hiking)
• Darake ( a popular hiking area. It is one of the oldest and most beautiful places of the Tehran, which is located along the sides of Darake River)
• Holy Defense museum (It is dedicated to the Iran–Iraq War)
• Shopping malls
• Many restaurants

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
