Twin/Double attic bedroom with private shower room - can be configured as either. located 1 min walk from Terenure village. Share with family of 5, but family are away most weekends, so great flexibility. Easy going, fun house with 2 dogs!

About the Area
Edwardian family home, located in garden square, close to city center with south facing back garden. House is located 300m from Terenure village, where there are countless number of bus routes to get you into city center in 15 mins. My wife and I have 3 children (ranging in age from 8 to 13) and also have 2 dogs.

I had a wonderful time here, Cathal and his family are lovely and their home is beautiful. It is in a great location, very close to the shops in Terenure and bus routes which are ideal for getting into town quickly and also only 20 mins or so to UCD (via the new S4 bus route which is really frequent and reliable). The bedroom was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of the mountains which was so nice to wake up to each day. Can't recommend this homestay highly enough, thanks again Cathal!

Cathal, his wife, and his family are great hosts! They did everything to make me feel comfortable. Their dog is friendly and adorable; I miss him already. The room and bathroom are nice and cozy. The house is in a good location, close to the city centre, with many bus options nearby. The area is beautiful and pleasant. I'm thankful for the chance to have stayed at their home.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
