Our house located in a quiet area, very family oriented with all amenities, restaurants, shopping centre, swimming pool, library, post office, pharmacy, library... It is 30 mn from Trinity College/ city centre and 30mn from UCD ( bus 17, 18, 44, 77, 83, 122, 123, 150, etc). 2 single bedrooms available. They share their bathroom with electric shower and laundry facilities. The living area has underfloor heating, the house is recently renovated and extended, with a stylish interior decor. It is comfortable, bright and spacious.

About the Area
The area is residential, calm, quiet and family oriented. . The streets are lined with trees and bird songs.. It has everything, cafés, restaurants, take aways, shops, hairdressers, a post office, a pharmacy, etc. It has a public library, a swimming pool, a pub, a shopping centre and many parks. 30 minutes away from the city centre, very well served by buses.

I had the pleasure of staying at Evy's house for three months, and it was simply fantastic. Evy welcomed me with open arms. Her warmth and hospitality instantly made me feel at home. During my stay with Evy, I also got to know her adorable dog Toutounette and her lovely daughter. Their warmth and companionship added an extra layer of joy to my experience, and I quickly grew fond of them all. Moreover, the location of Evy's house was perfect for me. I wholeheartedly recommend staying with Evy to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and memorable accommodation experience. Thank you for everything, Evy! x

I'm a German university student and I stayed at Evy's home for my abroad internship. It was a great experience! Evy is very kind and caring and the atmosphere at her home is very friendly. There are also many bus stops nearby which makes it easy to go to the city centre and other destinations. I can only recommend!

I had booked this homestay for my mum since she was visiting Dublin. She enjoyed her stay with Evy as she was very welcoming and was always guiding and helping my mum find new places to explore. Evy was a very accommodating host and i would definitely recommend tourists to stay with her as she goes out of her way to help people.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
