Myself and Barbara live in Kilmore, Dublin 5
We have 2 children aged 7 and 4.We are 5 mins walk from Beaumont hospital and 20 mins walk to DCU. The bus to Dublin city centre stopes outside our house and takes 30-40 mins .There are shopping centres, pubs and restaurants close by
We are very easy going and have been hosting students from around the world for the past 10 years
We have 1 twin room with a small sitting room in the attic and 1 large twin room to rent
There is a private bathroom between the two rooms
There is a large kitchen with all modern appliances for guest to use
Meals can also be provided on request
There is laundry facilities provided for guests use

Our house is on the northside od Dublin in a nice ,quiet ,safe area
We are 10 minutes drive from the airport
The bus stop outside our house and will take you to Dublín city centre in 30-40 minutes
There are shopping centers nearby a supper market with in 5 minutes walk
There are pubs and restaurants nearby

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
