Large double bedroom in a luxurious 2-bedroom apartment in the best location in Dublin with easy access to the DART and bus, minutes walk to the local stores and the beach and Aviva stadium!
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, a professional woman in my 30s. I work from home most of the time and I am very clean and quiet. You need to be the same and be respectful of the apartment rules if you want to stay here.

About the Area
The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Dublin. All the local amenities are a few minutes walk. City centre is 15 minutes away on a bicycle or 45 minutes walk. Bus and train station are minutes walk. Beach and Aviva stadium are also minutes away.

House Rules
• Strictly no outdoor shoes indoors and no indoor shoes outdoors or barefoot walking in and out. If you’re susceptible to having sweaty feet, please remove socks along with shoes, and wash your feet before entering the house.
• Strictly no smoking or other drugs; this is a 100% smoke/drug-free home and even if you intend to smoke outside, I will have to ask you to leave if you book without disclosing
• No loud noises especially during quiet hours 11pm-9am
• Cleanliness is the top priority. Clean after yourself and put anything that you use back the way you found it
• Please be mindful of your energy consumption. The energy prices are very high, so use it wisely
• In order to prevent mold and humidity issues, please air the bedroom regularly
• And likewise, do not leave any bath towels or other wet items in the bathroom as it will lead to mold growth
• Since the bathroom is shared, please keep it clean. Dispose of any hair that may fall off during grooming
• You’re welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking only, and make sure to clean the stove, counter tops, etc. after each use. Frying is prohibited.
• Using this address for legal/tax purposes as proof of address is prohibited.
• Cancellations after checking in is not possible and no refund would be issued unless mutually agreed under certain circumstances.

I booked this room for my parents (who can't speak English), and Niku made them feel the most welcome. They had the best stay.
The room and flat were perfectly clean and tidy; it's a safe area, close to the sea and shops.
Strongly recommend this accommodation, great host.

Niku is so kind and has warmheart. Her house is so clean, tidy, and very good location. She helped me with so many things, we chat a lot and it was so nice time! I'll defo go to her house again!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
