Welcome to our peaceful and spacious home located in a prime location with excellent transport links. If you're looking for a spot that gives you easy access to Dublin City Centre, UCD, Bray, Dun Laoghaire and beyond, this is it. With bus routes 145, 155, 45A, 84, 7B, and the Aircoach only a 5-minute walk away, and the Green line Luas and Dart station within a short walking distance, you'll find commuting a breeze.
Your stay will be in a comfortable single bedroom that's been thoughtfully furnished with a desk and a wardrobe for your use. It features a wooden floor and curtains.
Living in our home means enjoying all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. This includes utilities, which are all covered in the room price - no additional bills to worry about!
While we welcome all responsible and respectful guests, we have a slight preference for students, given the proximity to several educational institutions.
Sharing our home with you are my mother and sister - both friendly, welcoming, and respectful of your space. They're looking forward to meeting a housemate who values quietness and tidiness as much as they do.

The hosts are great. Very friendly and helpful, it was so nice to meet them and talk to them. Lots of good memories. Place is very calm, green, safe, close to the sea, nice paths to walk around. Lidl is about 300 meters.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
