Hello, my name is Grace, and I am a pre-school teacher. I am looking for a housemate to share my home.
I am looking for a quiet and tidy housemate. Non Smoker. It is a quiet, non-party household.

I am a friendly and welcoming host. I will help you to settle in, and offer help when possible e.g. finding routes of transport etc. However, I work full-time and have a busy schedule. I am looking for an independent guest who is happy to do their own thing and entertain themselves.

The room available is a bright and spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.

Looking for a long-term tenant.
Minimum stay is 3 months, and maximum stay is 12 months.

Household bills (ESB, Gas, Broadband, Bins etc) are included in the rent.

About the Area

Our home is located on the southwest side of the city in a quiet, friendly and family-oriented cul-de-sac.

House is closely located to several amenities including: Citywest Shopping Centre, Lidl, and Citywest Business Campus.

The Red Luas line is 5 minute walk from the house which brings you to the city centre (within 40 Minutes).
Close by are several Bus Routes including 77A, 65b, 175. With near access to N7 and M50.

Meals

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules

- One month deposit and one month's rent in advance required.
- Reference from previous landlord required (or character reference if first time renting).
- Quiet household - Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Overnight guests are not allowed.
- Visiting guests are welcome but consent is required prior to visit.
- Use of the kitchen is available in the evenings from 6pm-8pm.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
