Welcome to our peaceful and beautiful home in the suburbs of Dublin City. We are a small family of two female adults and our little dog and 2 cats.
We love to travel ourselves and have travelled all over North and South America, Asia and Europe so we are always open to learning more about new cultures and sharing our own Irish and Brazilian traditions!
We are located 13km from Dublin City but also just a short drive to Co Meath. We have bus route just 8 mins walk directly to the city centre and a bus route to the Luas which connects the city.
This energy efficient (all electric) property is a semi detached house and has 4 bedrooms, a modern kitchen and dining area, a stylish sitting room and a large back garden in a new development.
The bedrooms are equipped with mirrors, large fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. One foldable work desk available for the larger room. Both beds are covered with mattress protectors.
We want anyone who visits us to feel just as welcome as we would like when we travel! So our home is your home for your stay.

About the Area
Our home is located just 13km from Dublin City and just a few KM from Co Meath if you are exploring more of Ireland. We are also just a short 15 min drive from the airport.
We have bus stop just a few mins walk from the house to the city centre and access to the luas station which connects the city. We are also located just a short drive from a hospital and large shopping centre.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We want everyone to enjoy their stay but cleanliness is important to us, so if you can please just tidy the common areas after you have used them.
Also we don’t allow parties or smoking in our home!
We also ask that you are LGBT comfortable and like animals as our animals will be in the home. (But not in your private space)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
