Just an 8-minute stroll from the reliable Bus No. 15, which whisks you to the city center every 20 minutes, 24/7! Plus, the Clongriffin DART station is only a leisurely 15-20 minute walk away for even more commuting options. With a local park just across the street, nature is practically at our doorstep!
About the Apartment: Our duplex apartment is designed for comfort and modern living. The kitchen seamlessly connects to a bright living room and a charming terrace, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Plus, we take pride in our well-insulated home, ensuring warmth and coziness even on colder days. You'll have access to a shared bathroom with a toilet, as well as a convenient guest toilet. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. And for added convenience, there's a washing machine and dryer available.
About Us: You'll be sharing this lovely space with me, an animal lover who enjoys watching movies and spending time in nature, and my daughter, who has a passion for art, music, and whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen. We might occasionally have a furry friend staying with us, so being a dog-loving person is a plus!

Cleanliness and Tidiness: Let's maintain a clean and tidy living environment for everyone's comfort. Please clean up after yourself in shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.
Communication: We value open and respectful communication. If you have any questions or any issues arise, let's address them calmly and constructively, ensuring everyone feels heard and understood.
Guests: No guests after 10:00 pm.
Bills: Your bills are included in the monthly price, but let's make sure we switch off the lights and appliances when not used.
Bathroom: To make sure the condensation is not staying inside, after you take a shower, please make sure to open the window for 15-20 mins.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
