Large bedroom suite with double bed. The room is south facing and has fitted wardrobes with a chest of drawers and a desk. The private ensuite bathroom contains an electric shower, WHB and WC. The living accommodation includes the use of a large kitchen diner plus a large living room. Broadband WiFi connection is available. There is also a back garden. (There's no parking available at the property)

About the Area
The property is located 5 min walk to 39 bus terminus which is a 24 hour service, a 14 minute walk to Hansfield train station and 20 min walk to Clonsilla train station. We are close to Blanchardstown Town Centre and the Blanchardstown campus of TUD. The 39 bus service serves UCD in Belfield as well as the city centre. This is an ideal location if you study or work in Dublin.

House Rules
We are a small but quiet household and have a young grandchild who visits every week. Visitor and guest policy is therefore very important!
No parties or large gatherings.
Drug taking will not be tolerated. Alcohol consumption should be moderate and not impact on any of us negatively.
One or two guests are welcome to drop by for coffee or a meal you cook occasionally but you must let us know in advance. This is our home and we need to know who is visiting. Guests should be left by 10pm.
No overnight guests ever!
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Our cat does not go outside so you must be careful entering and exiting the house.
Mistreatment of our cat will never be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately. The same goes for humans! Our cat loves humans and cuddles so you are welcome to become her friend!
Feel free to use the kitchen at anytime (you must if you want to eat!) but please clean up after yourself. We have a dishwasher so we all work together in filling and emptying it.
Meals or food are not provided by host but full cooking facilities, food storage and food preparation is available to you.
Washing machine for laundry is available as well as clothes airers in the attic for drying clothes. You can hang outside if you wish.
You are also responsible for cleaning your own room and your private bathroom. This should be done weekly.
You must provide your own bed linen, duvet, blankets, pillows.
Broadband wifi is available but fair usage applies. Download or upload of any illegal content or excessive amounts of data will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
Electric or other heaters not allowed in your room or elsewhere in house. Central heating will be turned on as and when required.
Working from home full-time is not allowed.
Loud music or loud noise won't be tolerated.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
