I'm a full time carpenter and part time artist and have been living in the city for more than three years. I fell in love with this space the moment I first saw it and have been working on it and improving it for the past couple of years. Now it's time to share it and show it off!!
This is a large, spacious, open plan, two bed apartment located right in the centre of Dublin City, halfway between Hanover quay/Docklands and O'Connel Street/Temple Bar. It really doesn't get any more central than this! Trinity College science quarter is a block away and everything worthwhile is within a short walk from the front door.
The Apt has a lovely warm and inviting kitchen with all the necessary mod cons. There's a large bathroom with pumped power shower and a bath and constant hot water!! The bedroom is very spacious and fits two double beds. Every piece of furniture in the house has been designed and made by myself and so is unique to this space! There's a shared office space with a home pc and printer at your disposal. The livingroom is extremely comfortable and comes equipped with a large projector screen and great sound system so you can put your feet up and chill out after a hard day in Dublin.
The best part though is the 65 square m rooftop garden that sits above the apt!! This is a private space for you alone and is one of two outdoor roof spaces for you to enjoy the Irish sunshine with a morning coffee!

About the Area
This is a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and is extremely close to everything in the city. Please note that the apt is located above a pub and there is music played on a Saturday and Sunday night which can be heard until 1am and 12am respectfully. It is not very disturbing unless you are a very light sleeper and needs to get an early night then you should be aware that it may be difficult to do that here.
