I live in a nice part of Dublin. I am close to Beaumont Hospital, Croke Park, the 02 arena and ten mins from Santry stadium and Dublin airport. There are great transport links into the city centre.

Just no smoking in the house and no noise as this is a residential area also I don't want guests in the house between the hours of 11 to 5pm as we like our own privacy i need to get pre paid before you arrive and it will not be refunded if you cancel within seven days

Margaret and her husband were really warm and welcoming. They were eager to talk to us and give us ideas of what to visit. We won't dither to stay with them if we come back to Dublin!

Margaret e il marito sono due persone simpatiche e molto disponibili. La casa è lontana dal centro, circa 30 minuti in autobus, ma ottimamente collegata (la fermata del bus si trova a 5 minuti a piedi e ne passa uno ogni quarto d'ora). Molto comoda anche per raggiungere l'aeroporto, con la linea diretta del bus 16. In zona ci sono supermarket e un paio di bar.
L'appartamento è pulito. La nostra stanza, la tripla, aveva lenzuola di bucato e morbidi asciugamani. Il bagno è in comune con un'altra camera ma non ci sono mai stati problemi. Il materasso è molto comodo e c'è un grande armadio a disposizione. La notte si dorme bene, la zona è silenziosa e in casa è gradito il silenzio dopo le 22.
Al mattino viene offerta una piccola colazione.
Ottima esperienza ad un prezzo più che ragionevole!
Very pleasant stay with margaret and very comfortable all excellent people
Sweet couple, very welcoming and easy going. Breakfast was excellent and Margaret really takes care of her guests. Thanks for the washing of our clothes. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
