I live with my two daughters, Sophie and Emma and my husband Noel in our 5 bed bungalow in a mature estate in walking distance from Kilkenny castle and city centre.
Our house has a nice size garden. Amazing view of the city at night.
We are in walking distance of our excellent local gym and leisure centre which is situated around the corner from our estate.
We share our house with our 16 year old dog Sandy and 6year old cat Daz. They are always very pleased to see new guests and are very friendly. Both are indoor and outdoor animals.
We would be very happy to provide half board or/full breakfast but must be booked in advance. We would provide a menu with prices on request.

We had absolutely lovely time staying at Jennifer's home. She and her family are so nice and very welcoming. Her home is located very close to the city centre and main attractions which makes it perfect stay. Our room was very clean and she was kind to offer us a bigger one so we have more space with our baby. I can't recommend her enough.

I met an exceptional family, who welcomed me in the best way and I was always at ease with them. Do not hesitate to book you will not be disappointed, you will have your own independence, a very clean and spacious room and above all a proximity to the city centre.

Great, friendly, helpfull and welcoming family. It was a great stay would defenitly recommend to stay at their place. House is tidy and clean. It was great to have my own bathroom.
It is by foot quit a long walk to the town centre. But it is okay because you can just walk at the canal walk if you don´t want to walk next to the road.
I loved the dog and cat. Both are really cuddely and are happy when you pet them.December 2019

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
