This is a large well laid out boarding house in Letterkenny Town centre, tucked in a quiet residential cul-de-sac just behind the main street.
I have 2 single rooms, 3 double rooms, and 2 en-suite double rooms.
The clientele I usually have in the house, are working people on medium to long term stays, however I do accept short term guests if I have the availability.
I have high speed wifi access witch is provided free of charge to all my guests, also a tumble dryer, at no extra cost. The communal areas of the house are cleaned weekly by myself and the bins taken care of, so no need for you to lift a finger. All the rooms can be locked.
Additional Info
I run the house mainly as a lodging house, however if I have empty rooms I'm happy to take short term guests while there vacant. Please contact me prior to arrival to check I can accommodate you, we normally have an empty room.

About the Area
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac where mostly family's live. Its tucked in behind the main street, and has ample parking for cars.
There is a large supermarket across the road, and a 24hr shop and off sales >50m away. The bars and clubs are about a 5min walk away.

House Rules
No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties, Strange behaviour as a result of alcohol or drugs will result in you being asked to leave, No unpaid guests after 9pm.
No Electric Heaters
You MUST wash your dishes up, after use.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
