Marie was lovely and so nice and always offering coffee/tea. She was so helpful. The only negative was the house was a bit dirty, cobwebs by the windows etc plus the only bathroom is down stairs by the kitchen but Marie kindness made up for the negatives...

I had a great weekend at Marie's in Limerick. The house was clean and Marie and her family were very welcoming. The location is amazing if you want to explore the city or hop on a tour bus (10 minute walk to Arthur's Quay).

Marie was wonderful and helpful host. She offered to pick me up at bus station when I arrived and drived me to her home where we had lunch. She was easy going, always ready to share a cup of tea with great conversation. Location of her house is great. She is settled in peace neighborhood , just 5 mins walk from city centre.

•The bedroom was dusty,the bed was covered a blanket and a mattress protector,the hostess offered to 30 min.to wait in the street until cleaning bedroom...not offered to wait in the iving room - not hospitable!!!!!
•The kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes....
•In the hous was a mess....
•If she offers its service for money(40€ per night) - the house must always be clean....and the guest bedroom should always be ready to receive guest at any time .....
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
