I have a 3 bedroom self-contained apartment in which I let out separate rooms or I will let all three together if free. They have a shared kitchen/diner and shared bathroom/shower. Plenty of parking. Set in the rural countryside, nice and quiet and a perfect base from which to explore Co Monaghan and surrounding areas. 1.5 hrs from Dublin, 1 hour from Belfast, and 30 mins from Omagh, Enniskillen, and Armagh. 10 mins from Monaghan town. Plenty of local lakes for fishing. Located right beside the new Knocknagrave Environmental Centre.

About the Area
My home is located in North Co Monaghan close to the Co Tyrone border. We are in the area known locally as Sliabh Beagh. There are lovely walks in Bragan Mountains close by. Monaghan town is a 15 minute drive away. The renowned Castle Leslie in Glaslough is 10 min drive away. I am 30 mins from the towns of Enniskillen, Omagh and Armagh. Dublin can be reached in 1.5 hours with Belfast a spin of 1hr.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
