We are renting out our guest room. It has it's own AC/heat, two single beds and a large closet. It is child friendly including toddlers. A bed rail is available as well as toys and games for children. The room can also be set up for a couple.

About the Area
The apartment building is on a quiet street but very close to public transportation a main street and a shopping center. There is good food and shopping in the area. Be'er Sheva has some great tourist spots and is a nice stop over before heading down to Eilat or camping in the desert. I am a tour guide and I offer local tours if you are interested.
We allow dogs as long as they are friendly with other dogs. We have a super cute dog who love other dogs (afraid of most people though) and she would love a friend to play with.

House Rules
House rules
• NO SMOKING! No smoking in the room, the apartment, on the balcony or out the window. You must go down stairs to the courtyard to smoke. This is not a suggestion. I have asthma and it is a big issue.
• No stealing!
• No unregistered guests.
• You will receive a key which will need to be returned upon check out.
• You will be provided with shampoo, conditioner and soap. If a bottle runs out, let me know and I will replace it. Please do not take the bottles. We are not a hotel and can not replace full bottles that are taken easily before the next guest.
• You will have towels and linens provided. If you are here for an extended stay and wish to wash your linens during your stay, follow the laundry rule below.
• Laundry (washer and dryer) are available for use. You can use the laundry soap in the orange bag. If you require scent free soap or other special laundry supplies you will need to buy it yourself. The machine is not in English so if you need help I am happy to help, just let me know.
• The kitchen is Kosher dairy. If you want to eat deli meat (cold cuts) you can do so on paper plates which will be provided. If you order out from a non-kosher place, you also need to use paper plates and utensils. No meat can be cooked in the kitchen or eaten on the dishes.
• You are responsible for your own meals. You can keep food on the shelves and in the fridge in the areas marked for guests.
• You have full access to all parts of the house except our bedroom. Except in the case of a red alert siren. The guest room is the Mamad (safe room) so the only time we will enter the room during your stay is if there are emergency sirens to alert of incoming missiles as that room is the safe room. We will make sure the steel shutters are closed and that everyone is safe.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
